French Martini
French Martini
The French Martini was created by bartender Allen Coulthart in New York in the 1980s. It is made by mixing vodka, raspberry liqueur, and fresh pineapple juice. Despite its name, it has little in common with the traditional Martini and is instead one of the many creative 'Martini' variants that became popular in the 1990s.
