John Collins
John Collins
The John Collins originated in 19th century London, named after a waiter at Limmer's Hotel in London. Initially made with Old Tom gin, the current recipe includes gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and soda water. It is the prototype of the Collins family of cocktails and is closely related to the Tom Collins (which uses Old Tom gin).

- The John Collins is bursting with fresh citrus flavors, with the botanical notes of the gin perfectly balancing the acidity of the lemon. The simple syrup adds a hint of sweetness, while the soda water provides a refreshing effervescence, making it a delightfully refreshing drink.
