Bramble

Bramble

The Bramble cocktail was created by legendary London bartender Dick Bradsell in the 1980s. It is based on gin, fresh lemon juice, and syrup, topped with blackberry liqueur. The inspiration came from Bradsell's childhood memories of picking blackberries on the British Isles, and the name directly refers to the blackberry bush.

Flavor
The Bramble blends the herbal notes of gin, the tartness of lemon juice, and the sweet fruitiness of blackberry liqueur, creating a richly layered flavor profile with a refreshing and intense blackberry aroma.
