Bramble
Bramble
The Bramble cocktail was created by legendary London bartender Dick Bradsell in the 1980s. It is based on gin, fresh lemon juice, and syrup, topped with blackberry liqueur. The inspiration came from Bradsell's childhood memories of picking blackberries on the British Isles, and the name directly refers to the blackberry bush.
