Green Grasshopper
The Green Grasshopper was created in early 20th century New Orleans, USA, by Philip Giebler at Tujague's bar. It is made by mixing white creme de cacao, green crème de menthe, and fresh cream. It is named for its vivid green color and was particularly popular as an after-dinner drink in the 1950s and 1960s.
