Daiquiri

The Daiquiri originated in late 19th century Cuba, invented by American mining engineer Jennings Cox. It is made with Cuban white rum, fresh lime juice, and sugar. The name comes from the eastern Cuban beach of Daiquiri, where Cox worked and first mixed this drink. It became one of the favorite drinks of Hemingway and President Kennedy.

Flavor
The Daiquiri showcases a perfectly balanced sweet and sour profile, with the richness of Cuban white rum harmonizing with the fresh acidity of lime juice, and granulated sugar balancing the sourness to create a refreshing and refined taste.
