Shy Violet

The Shy Violet cocktail was created in the 1920s by bartender Frank Meier at the Ritz Hotel in London. It is made by mixing equal parts fresh orange juice and Prosecco (or Champagne). The name comes from its color, which resembles the yellow of the shy violet flower, making it a popular choice for brunch and celebratory occasions. Its close relative, the Buck's Fizz, was created around the same time in Paris.

Flavor
The Shy Violet has a fresh and bright flavor, with the sweet and tangy orange juice perfectly complementing the light and effervescent sparkling wine, creating a simple yet refined taste experience.
